This was the first of my Royals. This lovely bear wants nothing more than to bond with his honey-making friends, the bee. Alas, they don’t speak the same language, so the creatures are left with nothing more than their own interpretations of the others’ intentions.
I like watching nature documentaries, and I’m noticing more and more animals are making their way onto the endangered list. It troubles me that I can’t just wander into the jungle, scoop them all up, and make them safe. I hate doing nothing. So, in an effort to make a dent, I’ll be donating 10% of my profits from the sales of the The Royals to two organizations helping to protect our animal friends: WildAid (http://www.wildaid.org/about-wildaid) and The Orangutan Foundation (http://orangutan.org/). Both organizations are rated 4 stars by Charity Navigator.
